There are many meat replacements, but look very closely on the labels what is in it..
Especially preservatives, colourings, salt, sugar and manipulated stuff you should try to avoid.
For example Spar has very good Veggie products you can check, and for Dutch friends i can recommend to send a mail to ask Spar to start selling it in Holland.
With 1 package of minced meat i can make 4 meals and it only costs 99 cents..
And how about the vegetarian butcher?
They are in several big cities already, and i can highly recommend the veggie chicken!
The taste and structure are fantastic, so definitely worth to give it a try!
You do not need a meat replacement, the meals are rich enough without.
But if you want to give it some extra spice there are enough posibilities.
So fresh veggies, organic veg broth, fresh black pepper and mostly koriander are the basic herbs for now.
For adding as you like, tomatopaste, sweet chilisauce, sambal, coconutmilk or f.e. Alpro Cuisine.
Wholeweat, Pandan or Basmati rice, quinoa, couscous, spaghetti, macaroni or any other good quality pasta, (sweet) potatoes etc.
Use coconutoil or oliveoil, or any healthy oil you like to cook with.
